Four easy steps to register with the app Moja Heyah:

Step 1
Download the app Mój T-Mobile using Wi-Fi (From Google Play).
Step 2
Enter the phone number, which you want to register.
Step 3
Confirm your identity by logging into the bank. Your data is safe! We only use them to verify your identity and register your phone number.
Step 4
Confirm consent to the registration by the application. Done! Your number is already registered.

Step 1
Call the toll-free number 606 606 606.
Step 2
Confirm your details during the conversation with the consultant.
Step 3
Provide your new phone number and SIM card number for registration.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation in SMS.

Easy steps to register SIM card at the point of sale of T-Mobile:

Step 1
Go to the T-Mobile shop or the point of our partners. Check the list of points.
Step 2
Show your identity document (ID card, passport or permanent residence card).
Step 3
Provide your phone number and SIM card number.
To check if the SIM card is registered and what phone number it has, enter *100#.
Step 4
After registration, you will receive a confirmation SMS.

Four easy steps to register with a bank:

Step 1

Log in to the bank's transaction system. Online registration is supported by Bank Millenium and Bank Nowy BFG.
- Select the "Mobile banking" and "Register pre-paid number" tabs.
- Enter the phone number and the SIM card number.
- The banking system will complete the data with the name, surname and PESEL number.
- Confirm number registration.
Step 2
The bank will send your data to Heyah.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation of submitting the application from the bank.
Step 4
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation SMS.

To register a SIM card, in addition to a document confirming your identity, you will need a phone number and a SIM card number. To check if the SIM card is registered and what phone number it has, enter * 100 # and confirm with the green receiver

We care about the security of your data, therefore we use safe and proven solutions. To confirm your data, we use My ID - this is a solution developed by the National Settlement Institution (KIR). When selecting the verification method, select My ID (KIR) and then select the bank from the list using which you will confirm your identity - we will confirm your First Name, Last Name and PESEL number.

Using the SIM card requires registration of the number by providing your personal data, i.e. name, surname and PESEL number or the name, series and number of the document confirming your identity. In the case of a foreigner who is not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or the Swiss Confederation, the number of the passport or residence card should be provided.

The obligation to register a SIM card number was introduced by the Act on anti-terrorist activities of June 10, 2016. The provisions regarding the registration of pre-paid numbers entered into force on July 25, 2016.
